Terms and Conditions

These Terms form an agreement between you and the operator of RobxScript.com concerning your use of the Website. By accessing or using the Website, creating an account, or submitting content, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from them. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.

Additional rules shown within a submission, moderation, or community feature form part of these Terms for that feature.

RobxScript is an independent catalog of information about Roblox scripts, collections, loaders, source links, developers, features, compatibility reports, related tools, and community content. It can display code and links submitted by users, prepared by editors, or controlled by third-party developers.

RobxScript does not own every listed script and does not control every remote source. Unless a page clearly says otherwise, scripts, executors, key systems, repositories, Roblox experiences, and remote loaders are third-party resources.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or submit personal information. If the law where you live requires a higher age to enter these Terms or consent to data processing independently, you must meet that age or have authorization from a parent or legal guardian where permitted.

The current registration flow does not perform verified age assurance. You are responsible for providing accurate eligibility information and complying with rules that apply to you.

Registration requires a username, email address, display name, and password. You must provide accurate information, keep the account email usable, and not impersonate another person or reserve a misleading identity.

One person may not use multiple accounts to evade moderation, manipulate votes, spam the Website, or bypass a restriction. Accounts and usernames are not property and may be renamed, restricted, or removed when necessary to enforce these Terms.

You are responsible for choosing a strong, unique password and for activity performed through your account. Do not share session cookies, reset links, passwords, or private access tokens.

Notify robxscript@gmail.com promptly if you believe an account has been compromised. RobxScript may invalidate sessions, reset credentials, or temporarily restrict an account while investigating suspected misuse.

User submissions include scripts, collections, code, loaders, links, images, descriptions, developer and game information, features, platforms, key-system details, guides, FAQs, comments, messages, reports, profile content, and other material provided through the Website.

You remain responsible for your submissions. Do not submit confidential information, Roblox credentials, payment details, private keys, malware, phishing material, stolen content, or information you are not permitted to publish.

You retain ownership of content that you own. By submitting content, you grant RobxScript a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license limited to what is reasonably necessary to operate the Website: to host, store, reproduce, format, adapt for layout or accessibility, moderate, display, distribute within the Website, and promote the corresponding RobxScript publication or feature.

This license does not transfer ownership of your script to RobxScript. It lasts while the submission is available or reasonably needed for moderation, backups, dispute handling, legal compliance, or records of a removed publication. RobxScript will not rely on this clause to sell ownership of your script to another party.

When you submit a script, collection, or related material, you represent that:

• you own the material or have the rights and permission needed to publish and license it;
• the script and description relate to the identified Roblox experience;
• the submission does not contain malware, phishing, credential theft, or undisclosed harmful behavior;
• developer attribution, source, key-system status, platforms, compatibility, and advertised features are accurate to the best of your knowledge;
• links and remote loaders do not intentionally redirect to unrelated or deceptive material;
• the submission does not violate another person's intellectual-property, privacy, or other legal rights.

You authorize RobxScript to review the submission, correct obvious presentation errors, change its status, request supporting information, reject it, or remove it under these Terms.

Comments, likes, dislikes, compatibility reports, follows, saved scripts, reports, and messages must reflect genuine use and must not be manipulated. You may not buy, automate, coordinate, or repeatedly submit engagement to create a false impression of popularity, safety, ownership, or status.

RobxScript may remove spam, harassment, impersonation, irrelevant material, false reviews, coordinated ratings, duplicated feedback, and content that exposes personal or confidential data.

RobxScript may, but is not required to:

• review, delay, reject, edit, unpublish, or remove a submission;
• correct obvious formatting, metadata, attribution, spelling, or categorization errors;
• mark a script or collection as pending, outdated, broken, rejected, or removed;
• disable links or content that appears dangerous, deceptive, unlawful, or rights-infringing;
• preserve relevant records while investigating abuse, reports, or disputes;
• restrict accounts connected with repeated or serious violations.

Moderation decisions can be based on source changes, reports, automated signals, testing results, rights complaints, or information available to the operator. Publication is not an endorsement.

A displayed review or tested status describes a snapshot of the source link, loader target, advertised functionality, or other information available on the recorded review date. It is not a permanent certification and does not promise that a remote source, executor, key system, Roblox experience, or dependency will remain unchanged.

A neutral status such as “Source information reviewed” means that listing information was checked; it does not mean that a complete security or in-game test was recorded. “Last updated,” publication dates, votes, and compatibility reports describe different events and must not be treated as a current safety guarantee.

A loadstring or loader can fetch code controlled by another person after a RobxScript page has been reviewed. Remote files can be edited, deleted, redirected, compromised, or made incompatible without notice to RobxScript.

RobxScript does not control third-party executors, repositories, key systems, Discord communities, video services, Roblox experiences, or remote loaders. Inspect the current destination and code before running it. Never enter a Roblox password or other sensitive credential into a third-party script or key system.

You must not:

• use the Website for malware, phishing, credential theft, fraud, threats, harassment, or unlawful activity;
• publish content without the required rights or permissions;
• misrepresent a developer, source, review, game, feature, platform, ownership claim, or key system;
• circumvent account restrictions, rate limits, access controls, or moderation decisions;
• scrape, overload, probe, attack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Website except as permitted by law;
• automate registrations, comments, votes, follows, reports, messages, or submissions without authorization;
• collect or expose another person's private information;
• use the Website in a way that violates Roblox rules, another service's rules, or rights of others.

Copyright complaints are handled under the Copyright / DMCA Policy. RobxScript can disable or remove material while a complaint is reviewed and can restrict repeat infringers. The policy identifies a neutral Copyright Contact and does not claim that the contact is registered with the U.S. Copyright Office.

External links can lead to repositories, raw files, script developers, executors, key systems, Roblox, YouTube, Discord, advertisements, or other services. Their operators control their content, availability, privacy, security, and terms. A link does not mean that RobxScript owns, endorses, or guarantees the destination.

RobxScript uses Yandex Metrica for analytics and includes Yandex Ads and Digital Caramel advertising integrations on supported desktop script pages. The reviewed project does not load Google Analytics or Google AdSense client tags.

Current timing, cookies, browser storage, and the absence of a site-level consent preference are described in the Cookie Policy. Personal-information practices are described in the Privacy Policy. Advertising does not constitute endorsement of an advertiser.

RobxScript may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts and remove associated content when reasonably necessary to address security risks, repeat infringement, manipulation, spam, harmful submissions, evasion, legal requests, or material violations of these Terms.

The current account interface does not provide self-service deletion. You can request account deletion through robxscript@gmail.com. Some records may be retained or anonymized for security, moderation, legal, or dispute purposes as described in the Privacy Policy.

To the extent permitted by law, the Website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” RobxScript does not warrant uninterrupted availability, accuracy, completeness, compatibility, non-infringement, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from harmful components.

No review, vote, status, update date, comment, tool result, or listing guarantees that a script is safe, working, lawful, current, or suitable for your circumstances.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RobxScript and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss arising from the Website, user content, advertising, an external service, or a third-party script, including loss of data, access, reputation, revenue, device functionality, or a Roblox or third-party account.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights. You are responsible for evaluating third-party code and maintaining suitable account and device safeguards.

RobxScript may add, modify, suspend, or remove features, pages, tools, accounts, publications, statuses, categories, or integrations. Content can be reclassified or removed when a source changes, a report is received, or maintenance, security, legal, or operational needs require it.

These Terms may be updated when Website features, risks, or rules change. The fixed “Last updated” date identifies the published version. Changes apply from the stated effective date; continued use after that date constitutes acceptance only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

These Terms do not select a particular country's law or an exclusive court because the operator's legal identity, country of establishment, and principal place of business are not established in the public project information used to prepare them. A dispute remains subject to any mandatory law and the jurisdiction determined by a competent court or authority under the relevant conflict-of-law and forum rules.
