Original RobxScript branding, interface elements, text, organization, and design may be protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. Their appearance on the Website does not grant a visitor ownership or a license beyond ordinary Website use.

Third-party scripts, code, images, videos, game titles, names, logos, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners. Indexing, linking, displaying, reviewing, or receiving a submission does not transfer ownership to RobxScript.

Users can submit scripts, collections, code, text, images, links, and related information. Submitters must own the material or have the permission necessary to publish it and grant the limited license stated in the Terms and Conditions.

RobxScript can reject, disable, or remove a submission that appears to infringe rights, contains misleading ownership information, or violates the Terms. Publication is not a finding that a submission is authorized or non-infringing.

If you believe material accessible through RobxScript infringes your copyright, send a written notice containing enough information to identify and evaluate the claim. A notice intended to satisfy 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), where that law applies, should include:

1. your full legal name and reliable contact information;
2. identification of the copyrighted work or a representative list of works;
3. the exact RobxScript URL and a clear description of the material claimed to infringe;
4. information reasonably sufficient to locate the material;
5. a statement of your good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law;
6. a statement that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner;
7. your physical or electronic signature.

Include evidence of ownership or authority when helpful. Incomplete or unclear notices may require additional information before RobxScript can identify or act on the material.

This contact is provided to receive and process copyright complaints. The project contains no evidence that this contact is a designated agent registered in the U.S. Copyright Office directory. Accordingly, this Policy does not call it a “registered DMCA agent” and does not represent that RobxScript automatically qualifies for a DMCA safe harbor.

After receiving a sufficiently specific complaint, RobxScript may:

• confirm that the identified page or link exists;
• request missing information or supporting evidence;
• temporarily disable or permanently remove material or a link;
• notify the submitting user or account holder;
• preserve relevant submission and moderation records;
• forward the complaint or relevant details where needed to evaluate the dispute;
• restore or keep material disabled after reviewing available information.

Removal, restoration, or a request for more information is not an admission that infringement occurred. RobxScript may remove material under the Terms even when a notice does not satisfy every requirement of a formal statutory notice.

A submitter who believes material was removed because of mistake or misidentification may send a counter-notification to the Copyright Contact. A counter-notification intended to invoke the U.S. DMCA process, where applicable, should include:

1. the submitter's full legal name, address, telephone number, and email address;
2. identification of the removed or disabled material and its former location;
3. a statement under penalty of perjury that removal or disabling resulted from mistake or misidentification;
4. consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g), if that procedure applies;
5. agreement to accept service of process from the original complainant or its agent;
6. a physical or electronic signature.

RobxScript may forward a counter-notification to the complainant and may request additional information. Restoration depends on the applicable law, the completeness of the materials, any court action, the Website Terms, and the facts available to the operator.

RobxScript may restrict or terminate accounts and remove associated submissions when a user repeatedly infringes copyright, repeatedly publishes material without necessary rights, or repeatedly ignores valid rights complaints. Decisions may consider the number, seriousness, timing, and reliability of complaints and responses rather than treating every allegation as a final legal finding.

Do not knowingly make a material misrepresentation in a notice or counter-notification. False claims can harm users, suppress lawful material, and create legal liability, including liability that may arise under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f) where applicable.

Before sending a complaint, consider whether the use is licensed, authorized, public domain, fair use, fair dealing, quotation, criticism, commentary, review, or otherwise permitted by law. RobxScript does not provide legal advice about a particular claim.

RobxScript often links to code or media hosted by a third-party repository, raw-file host, video service, community, or developer. RobxScript can remove its own page or link but cannot delete material from a service it does not operate. A rights holder may need to contact the external host or its designated copyright agent separately.

Roblox and related names and marks belong to Roblox Corporation or their respective owners. Other script, developer, game, executor, and service names belong to their respective owners. Descriptive reference does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation.

This Policy may be updated when the Website's submission features, copyright process, contact details, or applicable requirements change. The fixed “Last updated” date identifies the current published version.
